Exchange & Refund Policy

We offer free exchanges and refunds to ensure you shop with confidence.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request an exchange or refund, provided that:

* The shoes are returned in their original, unused condition.
* The original shoe box and all packaging are included.

Simply send the shoes back to our warehouse. Once we receive and inspect the returned package, we will:

* Ship your exchange (if requested), or
* Process your refund directly to your bank account.
