1. General Terms

Welcome to ferraro.com.pk. By accessing or placing an order on our website, you agree to follow the terms and conditions mentioned below. Ferraro reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice.

2. Exchange Policy

  • Products can be exchanged within 15 working days from the date of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging, with all tags attached.

  • Sales/Promotional items are not eligible for exchange.

  • Accessories (belts, wallets, etc.) are not exchangeable.

3. Refund Policy

  • Customers may request a refund within 4 working days of purchase if the product is unused and in original packing.

  • No refund will be accepted without a valid sales invoice.

  • Refund requests typically require 5–10 working days to process.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Bank Transfer/EasyPaisa/JazzCash/Payment Card).

  • Refunds are not applicable for discounted or promotional items.

4. Order Cancellation Policy

  • If a customer cancels an online prepaid order without a valid reason, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total order amount.

  • Ferraro reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

    • Out of stock

    • Pricing errors

    • Payment failure

    • Suspicious/fraudulent activity

  • If an order is cancelled by us before shipment, the full amount will be refunded.

  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

5. Warranty Policy

  • Footwear comes with a 1-month service warranty, covering manufacturing defects only.

  • After 1 month, repair services may be provided with applicable charges.

  • No warranty is offered on sale or promotional items.

  • Used or damaged products due to customer mishandling are not claimable.

6. Claims & Repair Policy

  • Claim/repair processing time is 15 working days.

  • Claims will only be accepted with a valid invoice.

  • Ferraro reserves the right to accept or reject claims based on inspection.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard delivery time for major cities in Pakistan: 5–7 working days.

  • Delivery time may vary during:

    • Sales events

    • Public holidays

    • Natural disasters

    • Strikes or unforeseen delays

  • Shipping confirmation with tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.

8. Pricing & Product Information

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Although we try our best to ensure accuracy, occasional pricing or inventory errors may occur.

  • In case of incorrect pricing, we reserve the right to cancel or revise the order.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on ferraro.com.pk, including product images, logos, designs, and text, is the property of Ferraro. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
